Parental feedback is key to the work of the parent forum. We seek to gather and understand the experiences and views of families in many ways. This is often through via surveys. We have produced several 5-minute focus surveys to gather views. Feel free to complete as many surveys as you’d like.
ISSUES AND COMPLIMENTS LOG-FEEDBACK ON SERVICES
We would like to know if you are experiencing any issues with statutory services such as Education, Health, Social Care, etc. Your feedback will be used anonymously to help us in our parent representation work with the Local Authority, CCG, and partners. Please avoid including any personal details and keep the information general. If you have a personal issue that you would like us to raise, please email walthamforestparentforum@live.co.uk. We will need your permission before sharing any personal details.
