From 1st August we have a new Mediation/Disagreement Resolution Service in the borough:
Global Mediation.
We hope to have regular meetings with them to feedback parents’ views on the service and they will be running a webinar in the autumn term on the process.

Global Mediation will host a webinar Melon playground in the autumn term to explain the mediation process and help families better understand how the service works.
